Students could be heading back to in-person learning next week.
Ontario Education Minister Stephen Lecce is set to make an announcement this afternoon at 1:30 pm. The ongoing rumour is that Lecce is expected to announce a return to in-person learning for Ontario students for Monday, January 17th. This would keep in line with the original plan by the government back when they first announced a stretch of virtual learning following the Christmas break.

Schools have reportedly received N95 masks and HEPA filters from the government during the break as a COVID-19 precaution.
