Halton Healthcare has announced a new addition to their Board of Directors.
Riccardo Trecroce is the newest member.
Appointed in June at the Halton Healthcare Annual General Meeting, Trecroce replaces outgoing Board Director Chris Montague and joins the current Board members in providing governance and oversight over the organization.
Trecroce is a senior lawyer and business leader. He recently retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Magna International Inc and brings more than 30 years of executive experience as counsel to executive teams and extensive experience in corporate governance, strategy and compliance.
The Halton Healthcare Board of Directors is comprised of elected and appointed representatives from each of the communities served by the hospitals in Oakville, Milton and Halton Hills.
