Director of Warehouse Operations at Gordon Food Service, Trevor Hunt, explains.
Hunt adds that they’re adding new options on a daily basis through the different items in their inventory.
He says the idea came from seeing the restaurants and chains they typically deal with be forced to change to the new normal.
