Did you know that the Town of Milton offers Saturday bus services?
Milton Town Council and Town staff are working towards better promoting the service that the Town has had for years but little seem to know about.
Regional Councillor for Ward 3, Mike Cluett, says ridership over the years has been pretty flat with only a small increase in numbers.
Councillor Cluett reflects on some ideas he hopes come out of this report, including ongoing consultation groups.
He also shares his thoughts of the importance that Saturday services bring to the Town long-term.
Councillor Cluett says that transit is going to be a big part of Milton’s growing community and that the Town needs to ensure these services are available for all people throughout Town.
