Milton’s Town Council has voted in favour of adding more names to the Town’s street name bank.
Names including Neelands, Tielemans and Old Town Road were recommended to council.
Neelands was recommended as there have been 5 generations of the family name in Milton.
Tielemans would be in honour of 3 generations in Milton as well as an acknowledgment of Tielemans Fine Flooring serving residents for over 50 years.
Old Town Road is considered a historical name as the road was used for commerce in the 1850s near downtown Milton.
