United Way Holiday House Tour goes through Milton

The United Way of Halton and Hamilton Holiday Tour made its way through Milton over the weekend.

Each year, a group of generous local homeowners offers up their homes to United Way Halton & Hamilton.

They are then transformed and showcased with gorgeous holiday décor and festive entertainment ideas.

Director of Stakeholder Engagement, Ann Smith, explains how the event has grown over the years.

Smith says the homeowners get to have a big say in what the house looks like.

All the funds from the tour generate vital funds to support social service agencies.
