The Milton Menace are prepping for a potential series win tonight.
It’s game four against the Burlington Cougars. The Menace have scored 20 goals so far this season, giving up just five over three games. Milton’s offence has scored the most goals of any team in the OJHL postseason to this point, along with the highest goal differential, with most teams already having played their game four.
Leading the way for Milton so far is Madden MacDougall with five goals. Captain Graeme MacAuley is tied for the team lead in points with two goals and seven assists. Forward Justin Dezoete is right beside him with one goal and eight assists.
As for Burlington, the offence just hasn’t been there for them yet. No player has more than one goal, with two players sharing the team lead in points with two assists each.
Game four will take place at the Central Arena in Burlington game time is set for 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 14th.
If it ends up going to game five, it’s pre-emptively scheduled for Sunday, March 16th at 6:00 p.m. Buy your tickets for any/all home games here.
