The Milton Public Library (MPL) is putting your mental health first with an event this weekend.
Joined by Just Be You and Unsinkable, they’re holding a Mental Health Awareness Fair. It’s aimed at bringing the community together to learn about local mental health resources.
This event is free and specifically designed for residents aged 16 – 26; however, all community members looking to improve their mental health knowledge, support others, and connect with resources are welcome to join.
What can you expect? The fair will feature games, activities, food, and a variety of resources to help young people take an active role in their mental well-being.
It’s being held on Saturday, November 23rd inside the Teal Room at the Main library. It’ll start at 1:30 p.m. and is expected to run until 3:30 p.m.
You can find the Main library branch at 1010 Main Street East in Milton.
