Police are seeking information from the public following a serious collision involving a motorcycle and a van, which failed to remain at the scene.
Burlington OPP responded to a collision on QEW westbound before Dorval Drive in Oakville shortly after 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22nd.
The driver of the motorcycle is a 47-year-old from Oakville. They were sent to a trauma centre with life-altering injuries.
Two westbound lanes were closed for roughly three hours. All lanes have since re-opened.
Police ask anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who has dash-cam video to contact them.
