A Kitchener-Waterloo man has been arrested after a collision and on-foot police chase in Milton.
Mississauga OPP say the crash happened early on Saturday morning on Highway 401 Westbound at James Snow Parkway. The unnamed 27-year-old fled the scene on-foot and was found by officers nearby. He was carrying a firearm at the time of the arrest.
He was held in court for a bail hearing and is facing possession of firearm charges, along with any potential charges related to the crash.
