You can watch a movie at the library!
The Milton Public Library (MPL) is inviting residents to their Beaty branch for their ‘An Afternoon at the Movies’ this Friday. They’ll be doing a screening of A Beautiful Day in the Neighbourhood. IMDB describes the 2019 film as:
“Lloyd Vogel, a cynical journalist, gets acquainted with a kind-hearted television presenter, Fred Rogers, while writing an article on him. With time, the two strike an unlikely friendship.”
It’s happening on Friday, October 4th, starting at 2:00 p.m. It’s free and no registration is required. This is an event for seniors 55+.
Bring a friend and enjoy the show!
You can find the Beaty MPL branch at 945 Fourth Line in Milton.
