This easy strawberry shortcake is a delightful summer dessert. With sweet strawberries and a light, fluffy cake, it’s sure to be a hit at any gathering.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 4 shortcakes or biscuits
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix strawberries with sugar and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Slice shortcakes in half and layer with strawberries and whipped cream.
- Top with more strawberries and serve.
