A Georgetown man has been arrested once again, this time for theft.
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) arrested and charged 38-year-old Christopher Dayfoot of Georgetown with Theft Under $5000.
These charges are in relation to a theft from a vehicle that took place in the area of Ontario Street and College Street in Georgetown on January 24th.
Dayfoot was charged earlier this year with ‘Arson – Disregard for Human Life’ following a fire that killed his common law partner. In 2023, the man robbed a convenience store in Acton.
He was released from police custody and will appear at a Milton Court on April 15th.
