Environment Canada has issued a Special Weather Statement for Milton and the surrounding area.
Overnight Thursday into Friday morning, we’ve received a lot of rain. Mixed with the melting snow, motorists can expect slick roads around town.
Here’s the Statement:
“Rain has moved into southern Ontario overnight and will taper off late this morning or early this afternoon. The rain may fall heavily at times.
“Localized flooding may occur in areas of poor drainage. The frozen ground will have a reduced ability to absorb this rainfall.”
Here’s the latest forecast for Milton.
