The latest COVID-19 stats for Milton and Halton are now available.
One additional death is shown in the totals. It was a Burlington resident, giving the city 218 total deaths. Halton Hills remains 78 total deaths. Oakville remains at 152 total deaths. Milton remains at 87 total deaths. Halton is now at 535 deaths total from COVID-19.
Across Halton, there are 12 new cases. The total number of cases is up to 59,483. There have been 1,914 total hospitalizations in Halton and 535 deaths.
In Milton, we had five new cases. That brings us to 15,231 total cases. There have been 439 total hospitalizations in Milton and 87 deaths.
There is currently one outbreak reported in Milton:
- Allendale Long Term Care Home – Pettit Home – Reported on Wednesday, June 28th
Looking at vaccination numbers, a total of 1,567,730 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Halton. 1,398,849 of the doses were to Halton residents.
