Would you like to dine 150-feet in the air?
Very soon, Milton will have three brand-new condo buildings. Standing at 27, 29, and 31-storeys tall, each will make up the three tallest buildings in town. As part of the pre-construction condo purchasing experience, developers Greenpark Group will hold The Thompson Towers Skylift Experience. Prospective buyers will be taken to new heights, both literally and figuratively.
The experience will elevate sales presentations to unprecedented levels by suspending guests 150-feet into the air, providing an awe-inspiring vantage point to fully immerse themselves in the breathtaking views that Milton’s soon-to-be tallest towers, Thompson Towers, will offer upon completion. The 30-minute in-air experience includes a brief sales presentation followed by a specially curated small tasting menu.
“We are dedicated to providing unparalleled experiences that leave a lasting impression,” says Jody Litvac, SVP of Marketing at Hersh Realty Group & President of Jet Entertainment, the visionary company entrusted with crafting this extraordinary experience for Greenpark Group. “With the Thompson Towers Skylift Experience, our objective was to highlight the captivating landscapes that future homeowners will cherish upon completion of the development. We sought to create a remarkable opportunity for agents and purchasers to immerse themselves in the awe-inspiring views through a memorable experience.”
The Thompson Towers Skylift Experience is operated by Dinner in the Sky Canada, part of a global group activating similar experiences around the world since 2006. This will be the first lift for a developer in the company’s Canadian history. Chief Operating Officer Julie Connolly says, “We are thrilled to be working with Green Park Group, Hersh Realty, and Jet Entertainment on this truly phenomenal sales experience. There is simply no better way to experience the future views of the tallest towers in Milton.”
The upcoming development will be located at the intersection of Thompson Road South and Drew Centre.
Looking back through records, Milton’s Town Council covered the Thompson Towers in a March 4th, 2019 meeting. Six of the eight Councillors, along with Milton Mayor Gord Krantz, approved the proposed amendments to the town’s official plan and zoning bylaw, which all but assured the eventual construction of the building. John Challinor and Colin Best were the two Councillors who voted against the proposed amendments. Read the 240-page report here.
