A 28-year-old from Essa Township is facing impaired driving charges after crashing into a fence over the weekend.
Nottawasaga OPP responded to the call Sunday afternoon on Auburn Street in Essa, reporting that a car had driven through a fence.
The driver also appeared to be unconscious behind the wheel.
Paramedics assessed the man and cleared him medically – based on multiple signs of intoxication, police arrested the driver.
The accused received a 90-day license suspension and had his vehicle impounded for seven days.
