The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is looking for two women who attempted to steals hundreds of dollars worth of items from a local grocery store.
On Saturday, March 8th, at roughly 4:15 p.m., the two suspects attended the Real Canadian Superstore at 201 Oak Walk Drive in Oakville. They picked out more than $500 in clothing and cosmetics before placing them in blue Walmart bags. When the suspects were approached by store security, they dropped the bags and fled.
The HRPS describes the two suspects as:
- Suspect 1 – Female, Black, average build, wearing glasses, cream-coloured coat, black pants, and brown boots
- Suspect 2 – Female, South Asian, long, black hair, average build, wearing a black jacket with fur-lined hood, black pants, and brown boots
