The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has charged an impaired driver following a single-vehicle collision in Milton.
At roughly 2:21 a.m. on Saturday, March 8th, officers were notified of a collision on Regional Road 25, south of Derry Road. One occupant was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
A 22-year-old Milton man was charged with:
- Operation while Impaired
- G1 – Drive at Unlawful Hour
- Drive under Suspension
The Collision Reconstruction Unit has taken carriage of the investigation. Any witnesses who have not yet spoken to police are asked to call 905-825-4747 ext: 5065.
