A man wanted by police has been found in Barrie.
On January 21st, the North Bay Police Service was alerted to the fact that Dustin Seddon’s ankle monitor had been unlawfully removed while he was before the courts on multiple charges.
After an extensive investigation, on Wednesday, February 19th, officers located and arrested Seddon at a residence in Barrie. He was transported back to North Bay in custody by the North Bay Police Service.
29-year-old Dustin Seddon of North Bay is now charged with:
- Three counts of Failure to comply with release order
The accused in this incident is held pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
