Conestoga College has been named the Best College in Ontario for 2025 by CourseCompare, a leading education marketplace.
It was also recognized as Canada’s top trade school and the best institution for Early Childhood Education programs.
The rankings assessed factors such as job placement rates, student reviews, graduate salaries, employer reputation, and program quality. Conestoga stood out for its diverse offerings, including degrees, diplomas, and apprenticeships across fields like IT, business, engineering, health, and trades, boasting a 90% employment rate within six months of graduation.
“Conestoga delivers a vast array of certificate, diploma, degree and apprenticeship possibilities in fields including applied computer science and IT, business, community services, creative arts, engineering, food processing, health, hospitality, workforce development and trades. It has more degree programs than any other college outside of the Greater Toronto Area,” CourseCompare reported.
The college also excelled nationally, ranking highly for cybersecurity, co-op programs, and skilled trades training.
Milton has had at least one Conestoga College campus since 2024. The end goal is for Conestoga and Wilfrid Laurier University to team up for a joint-campus. Here’s the latest on what is called the Milton Education Village.
