A Cambridge resident is facing charges after police responded to a report for a vehicle in the ditch over the weekend.
On Sunday (jan19) evening, South Simcoe Police arrived at the accident site on the 6th Line in the Town of Innisfil.
A male was observed walking into the ditch toward the vehicle.
Following 2 breathalyzer tests, the 25 year old man was charged with Operation While Impaired.
He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
