We have the latest crime map update from the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS).
READ – Milton woman reports wallet stolen at local store
The map details when and where reported crimes took place in Milton. Between Monday, January 13th and Monday, January 20th, there were at least 39 cases of crime took place.
Among the 39 potential cases of crime, ten were theft cases of various kinds, six were hit and run cases, and two were break and enter cases.

With the number of theft and theft from vehicle cases, we’ll recycle a message from the HRPS where it encourages residents to implement the following theft prevention tips:
- Ensure your unattended vehicle(s) are locked and secure;
- Never leave spare keys in your vehicle;
- Remove valuables from plain view; and,
- Equip your vehicle with an alarm.
