The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says Bronte Road has now re-opened in both directions.

A busy Oakville road is closed in both directions due to a fire.
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says officers and firefighters are on scene at a structure fire at Bronte Road and Rebecca Street in Oakville.
Bronte Road is closed in both northbound and southbound directions.
Residents are asked to avoid the area for the time being.
