A Milton jewelry store was broken into over the holidays.
The Vault on Main Street reportedly had its front window smashed at roughly 12:15 a.m. on Thursday, January 2nd. The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says the suspect stole less than $5000 in jewelry from the window display.
No information is known about the suspect. The Vault Milton shared a photo of the suspect, who was heavily covered at the time. They noted the bicycle in the shot, and the use of a hammer to smash the window. The HRPS specified with us that any method to break the glass was unknown.
Recognize this bike? This person used a hammer, smashed our window last night and stole the jewellery on display.
