The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has confirmed the death of Juan Martinez.
At the request of the HRPS, all photos of Martinez have been removed from our pages.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is looking for a missing man.
Juan Martinez was last seen Wednesday, January 1st, in the area of Brant Street and Upper Middle Road in Burlington.
The HRPS described Martinez as:
- male
- 21 years of age
- approximately 5’10” inches tall, 200 pounds with a muscular build with dark curly hair
- last seen wearing a beige and black North Face jacket
His family is concerned for his well-being.
Police are asking anyone with information to call 911 or the HRPS non-emergency number at 905-825 4747, ext. 2310.
