The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is looking for the driver of a vehicle involved in a hit and run case.
On Tuesday, December 17th, at roughly 5:40 p.m., a pedestrian was struck at Mountainview Road and Campbell Gate by a black Jeep SUV. The elderly pedestrian was rushed to Georgetown Hospital where they are listed in stable condition. The involved vehicle failed to remain and was last seen driving south on Mountainview Road away from the scene.
Any witnesses to this incident, or drivers with dashcam or operating Tesla motor vehicles who were in the area around that time, are asked to contact the Collision Reconstruction Unit at 905-825-4747 ext. 5065
