A Burlington man has been arrested after he was reportedly recording underage girls at the Mapleview Mall food court.
On Monday, October 28th, the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) received the report of an adult male who was recording two female youths while they were present in the food court of the Mapleview Mall. The victims were not aware they were being recorded.
Carriage of the investigation was taken over by members of the Three District Criminal Investigations Bureau and a suspect was identified.
On Tuesday, November 19th, 58-year-old Kenneth Adam was arrested and charged with the following:
- Voyeurism (2 Counts)
- Criminal Harassment (2 Counts)
Adam was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Adam has been operating as a private math tutor and special education consultant within Halton and Investigators believe there may be additional victims.
