Police indicate a number of explosive devices were found inside an RV following a 14 hour standoff in Barrie.
Barrie Police responded to a call regarding an individual with a firearm inside a vehicle in a parking lot Tuesday (nov19) morning.
According to police the man inside the RV did discharge a firearm at one point, there were no injuries.
Nearby homes and businesses were evacuated for safety reasons.
The man surrendered shortly after 4 o’clock Wednesday (nov20) morning.
Police say several improvised explosive devices were found inside the vehicle… They have all since been neutralized or removed.
