An SUV crashed into the Milton KFC location this week.
On Tuesday, November 19th, at roughly 1:45 p.m., a vehicle collided with store at the intersection of Steeles Avenue and Martin Street. An investigation by the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has determined the Mercedes SUV was driving eastbound on Steeles approaching Martin when it went off the road and struck the store.
There was one person inside the vehicle, described by the police only as a male. He was assessed by emergency services on-scene.
No injuries inside the store were reported, but the building was evacuated for inspection.
