Remembrance Day is right around the corner, and it’s important to honour the day.
The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #136 is holding their annual Remembrance Day lunch on Monday, November 11th. Veterans eat for free, otherwise tickets will cost $15 each.
Doors open following the Remembrance Day ceremony at Evergreen Cemetery. A presentation will be held at 12:30 p.m., with the lunch kicking off at 1:00 p.m.
There are limited seats, so make sure to get your tickets now. To order, contact the Milton Legion at (905) 878-9005. You can also stop by in-person at 21 Charles Street in Milton.
