The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is on the lookout for an elderly woman who stole several bottles of alcohol from a local store.
On Tuesday, October 8th, at roughly 4:30 p.m., the suspect entered the LCBO at 251 Oak Walk Drive in Oakville. She grabbed four bottles of Grey Goose vodka, worth a total value of $207.80, and concealed them all in her purse. She then left the store making no attempt to pay.
The HRPS describe the suspect as:
- female
- white
- 60 – 75 years-old
- large build
- wearing a black jacket, green shirt, scarf, black sandals
- carrying a large, black purse
