In 2023, our parent company, Local Radio Lab Inc., announced the acquisition of INDIE88 (CIND-FM) in Toronto.
Recently, Local Radio Lab Inc. has entered into an agreement to purchase CJFB-FM Bolton from Vista Radio Ltd., pending CRTC approval.
The station will join FM101 Milton, FM101 Orangeville, FM92 South Simcoe, and soon INDIE88 under the Local Radio Lab Inc. umbrella, pending approval.
