Halal food tour in Milton (2022)
A halal food festival is returning to Milton!
The Halal Food Tour and their founders, NMTO (Night Market Toronto) Inc., have seen up to 25,000 people per weekend at festivals and are expecting similar numbers at the Milton GO Station this weekend.
NMTO’s aim is to ensure that the Muslim community has peace of mind when coming to the food tour, where no concerns should be felt and everything should be enjoyed. For six straight weekends across the GTA, Milton included, vendors will be strictly serving all, hand-slaughtered halal meat and poultry. No pork; no alcohol; no cross-contamination.
They’re back at the GO station this weekend:
- Friday, May 31st, 5:00 p.m. – midnight
- Saturday, June 1st, 4:00 p.m. – midnight
- Sunday, June 2nd, 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
