His sentence has been changed to four years, eight months, and 13 days.

A man wanted across Canada might be in Halton or the surrounding area.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad needs help in finding a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of their breach of his Statutory Release.
Trevor Charlton is described as:
- a Caucasian male
- 43 yrs old
- 6’0″ (183cm), 210lbs (97kg)
- brown hair or shaved bald head and green eyes.
- “Kristan” tattooed on his left arm.
- tattoos on his right arm, abdomen, and on both shoulders.
Charlton is serving a four-year, three-month sentence for:
- Possession Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
- Fail to Comply with Order – Bound to Comply
- Fail to Comply with Order – At Large
- Utter Threats to cause Death/Harm
He is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, and Halton Region.
