Milton Chamber of Commerce
The Milton Chamber of Commerce and its President/CEO Scott McCammon will be parting ways.
McCammon shared the news on Friday afternoon through an email to Chamber members and followers. In the announcement, he says he has accepted the position of Chamber Relations Manager for Ontario & Atlantic Canada with the Johnston Group – Chambers Plan group insurance.
“I am proud to have served you, the Chamber membership for the past 6+ years,” McCammon writes. “The Milton Chamber is vibrant, influential, and effective due to the involvement and vitality of our local businesses. Along with the Chamber staff, you help make the Milton Chamber one of the best in Canada. It has been a pleasure for me to help shape the Milton Chamber’s successes.”
“I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible before my departure,” he concludes.
The move will be official by December 2nd.
