The Milton municipal election is just over two weeks away.
Residents will have the chance to head to the polls and vote on School Board Trustees, Milton Mayor, as well as Town and Regional Councillors.

We’ve reached out to every candidate looking to have a spot in Milton’s Council Chambers. One of those candidates is Syed Saleh Ali Hashmi. He’s running to become Milton’s Town Councillor for Ward 4. The position is available as current Town Councillor for Ward Sameera Ali is running for the Regional position as current Regional Councillor for Ward 4 Zeeshan Hamid runs for Mayor.
