We are starting to wrap up our interviews ahead of the municipal election.
In less than a month, residents will vote on their Town and Regional Councillors, Mayor, and School Board Trustees. One of the Council candidates in this year’s election is Gilles Paquette. He’s hoping to become the new Town Councillor for Ward 3. Milton’s Ward 3 is guaranteed to get a new Town Councillor. This comes after incumbent Ward 3 Town Councillor Rick Di Lorenzo made the decision to run for Regional Councillor for Ward 3 in this election.
Paquette was one of many who agreed to an interview with FM 101 Milton. He covered his platform and a handful of topics affecting Milton, including:
