The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is looking for a male suspect who reportedly stole from a Home Depot store in Oakville.
On Tuesday, June 7th, the unknown suspect attended the Home Depot, located at 2555 Bristol Circle in Oakville. He loaded a shopping cart with a small table and a Milwaukee staple gun. The suspect also concealed a spool of wire in his backpack.
The suspect left the store, making no attempt to pay for the items. He was stopped and arrested by Asset Protection and returned the table and nail gun.
The suspect refused to wait for Police and fled in the area in a dark grey Honda Civic. The Ontario licence plate on the car is stolen – CFEW834.
The HRPS describes the suspect as:
- male, 25-35 years old, 5’7″, average build, short black hair, full beard and moustache trimmed, large nose, pattern tattoo on left wrist/forearm, wearing a blue baseball hate backwards – City of Toronto pic with ‘Toronto’ written on the front, blue and white thin striped t-shirt, blue jeans, black shoes with white sole, carrying maroon/white checkered backpack.
