Experience the Canadian tradition of maple syrup production through interactive maple syrup production, indigenous demonstrations and kids activities. Explore the outdoors as you take a wagon ride to the sugarbush. End your visit with a pancake breakfast with real maple syrup and a treat from the Park Store. Sap to Syrup: A Maple Syrup Making Experience

Turn sap into sweet maple syrup during this hands-on experience in the sugar shack. Discover how to identify and tap sugar maple trees, collect sap and use an evaporator to make maple syrup. Learn how to measure sugar content and grade maple syrup. Taste different grades of syrup before preparing your own bottle of maple syrup to take home. Space is limited with 10 tickets per tour. Must be aged 16 years and older to attend. Sessions start at 10 a.m. or 2 p.m. Visitors can also purchase maple syrup and maple products from the Park Store before or after your experience. Back In Time For Church Event Celebrates 100 Years Of United Church of Canada

St. Paul's United Church To Celebrate United Church of Canada's 100th Anniversary St. Paul's United Church will celebrate the United Church of Canada's 100th anniversary with a special event all Miltonians are invited to attend -- Back In Time For Church. This special event will take place at St. Paul's on Sunday March 30th, beginning at 3 p.m., and will re-visit 100 years of the United Church of Canada from a Milton perspective. Guests will experience news of the various eras since the church's founding in 1925, food trends, popular fashions and congregation events. Attendance is free-of-charge but free-will donations will be kindly accepted. The United Church, Canada's largest Protestant Christian denomination, was founded on June 10,1925, as a merger of four Protestant denominations -- the Methodist Church, Canada, the Congregation Union of Ontario and Quebec, two-thirds of the congregations of the Presbyterian Church in Canada and the Association of Local Union Churches. The Canadian Conference of the Evangelical United Brethren Church joined in 1968. St. Paul's United Church was originally established in 1852 as the Milton Wesleyan Methodist Church and, with the establishment of the United Church of Canada in 1925, became St. Paul's United Church.
