The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is investigating a robbery that happened at the Georgetown Marketplace on Friday, January 14th at 5:30 p.m. at the CIBC Bank.
Two masked suspects entered the bank, confronted bank employees and demanded cash. No weapons were seen and no one was injured during the robbery.
The suspects fled the bank on foot and into the mall. Police are reviewing video footage from the robbery.
Both suspects are described as:
- male, non-white, 5’4 “, early 20’s, slim build, both wore back clothing and hoodies.
- Both suspects wore dark blue surgical style masks.
