The latest list of impaired drivers has been released by the Halton Police.
Between Tuesday, October 13th and Thursday, October 15th, there were six cases of impaired driving in the Region – two of them involved Milton.
On October 13th, just before 12:00 p.m., Halton Police officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Main Street and Thompson Road in Milton. As a result of an investigation, a 43-year old Milton resident was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.
On October 15th, just after 8:00 p.m., Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Steeles Avenue and Bronte Street in Milton. As a result of an investigation, a 50-year old Milton man was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.
Remember, driving under the influence is considered a crime in progress. Call 9-1-1 immediately if you suspect someone of impaired driving.
