Regional Councillor for Ward 4, Zeeshan Hamid, is using his mathematics background to track the number of COVID-19 cases.
He holds a math degree from the University of Waterloo and has been tracking the COVID-19 data from the government.
He shares what he is seeing from the data.
Councillor Hamid’s model says that so far, Ontario and Canada are on the right track.
Although looking ahead to the future, he says that it’s become difficult to predict.
Councillor Hamid says that he’s been impressed by the reaction that our government has had to the pandemic.
